  2. Enter Closedminimum criteria

    Period e.g. Yesterday
    Times e.g. 8:00am to 5:00pm
    Group by e.g. Date
    Extension / Queue Number e.g. 5700
       

  3. Add Wildcard: Any Wildcard routes you have created

     

     

  4. Press Preview Icon from toolbar to view report

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Press Export in Preview toolbar to export as a document (e.g. .pdf, .xlsx)
  2. Press Save in Reports interface to save your inputs in the Templates cache
  3. Press Schedule in Reports interface to automatically send reports by email or network share via the Scheduler
